{happy little things}

cupcakes! ming makes cupcakes is full of great cupcakes recipes that i will definitely have to try soon!! & i have to try these mint-filled brownie cupcakes, from the weekly cupcake! they look amazing! anyway, last week i made two different cupcakes! the first one was banana cupcakes with molasses frosting! & i also made cookies & cream mini cheesecakes, from martha stewart's cupcake book. they were so good! :) i love cupcakes!

lilacs! they are always in bloom on my birthday, which makes me so happy! & they smell so amazing!! & of course i take way too many photos of them! here they are in full bloom. oh... i love them.

polaroids & beach memories. :)  there are no beaches where i live... so i really love my california beach memories, captured on polaroid film. i just love looking at them! plus, polaroid film is hard to get these days... so sad. (i keep thinking about buying a fuji instax mini camera... the film is much more affordable.)

pretty songs.  this has been one of my favorite songs for a while, i have been listening to it today! the words are so good. {listen to it here}

{divine romance by phil wickham}

the fullness of Your grace is here with me
the richness of Your beauty’s all I see
the brightness of Your glory has arrived
in Your presence God, i’m completely satisfied
for You i sing and dance
rejoice in this divine romance
lift my heart and my hands
to show my love, to show my love
a deep deep flood, an ocean flows from You
of deep deep love, yeah it’s filling up the room
Your innocent blood, has washed my guilty life
in Your presence God, i’m completely satisfied

life is beautiful. happy thursday everyone!
