Oatmeal Coconut Butterscotch Cookies

1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon baking powder
 1 teaspoon salt
1 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 cup butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, add in the sugars, eggs and vanilla and mix well.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to the butter/sugar mixture and beat until everything is well combined. Stir in the oatmeal, coconut and butterscotch chips.
Scoop dough on to a greased baking sheet. 
Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes.
